ABOUT THE ASSOCIATION

Association of specialists and enterprises engaged in the processing of oil & fat waste (APMO) - the first global independent project in Russia to create a healthy and effective system in the processing of waste oil and fats industry. The Association unites and supports the interested market participants.

The main objctives of the Association are:

- Searching ad establishing business contacts with oil and fat waste producers, collection, transportation and recycling oganizations;

- Searching and establishing business contacts with the companies, interested or related to the production of alternative energy from oil and fat waste;
establishing,

- maintenanceand development of partnership relations betwen the market participants.
Cooperation with the Association can be either as a permanent participant, an observer, an outside partner or a client.

The Association organizes and conducts events involving Russian and foreign specialists: conferences, seminars, symposiums, round tables, meetings and negotiations. Events are held in online and offline formats.

Based on market research and study of the experience of Russian and foreign companies in the industry, work will be organized to implement technological, logistical, organizational improvements in the activities of members of the Association.

The Association promotes:

- in the development of market mechanisms for regulating activities;
- formation of business principles in the sphere of non-resource export;
- control over observance of the principles of fair competition;
- attraction of investments for financing prospective projects and events;
- searching for partners, organization and support of joint investment programs;
- solving the issues of strengthening of information, legal, educational, scientific, personnel and material and technical base of the participants;
- in the development and improvement of methodological and technical support;
organizing and managing the supply of biomass;
- in advising on the conduct of sound financial and economic activities and financial policy.

APMO MEMBERSHIP

APMO is an open structure and invites cooperation of interested market participants. In order to develop and build business contacts with producers of oil and fat waste; companies producing alternative energy; to establish and maintain partnerships between members of the Association.

INFORMATION POLICY

The purpose of this branch of our activity is to collect, analyze, summarize and provide members of the Association with the most detailed and reliable information about market conditions, current problems of the industry of oil and fat waste processing and methods of their solution, new experience and opportunities for its effective application. These data will be prepared in the form of instructional, informational and reference materials, as well as rules and recommendations that regulate the activities in the field of oil and fat waste recycling, both in online and in paper format. All this should provide more productive activities of member organizations of the Association on the market of oil and fat waste recycling. Specialized events will be organized for complex coverage and collective discussion of some particularly important issues. There are also plans to create a unified information and analytical platform that will allow our members to get the latest and high-quality data of both domestic and international markets of the industry and establish productive contacts with each other. Besides using external information sources the Association will create and fill in its own statistic and analytical data bases, for example data bank of oil and fat waste generators on the Russian Federation territory. If we talk about informing wider groups of population or the whole society, the Association will be entrusted with the mission to actively promote the development of renewable (alternative) energy from oil and fat waste in Russia. In order to maximize the effectiveness of the task, information activities will be carried out in digital and press media, relevant specialized groups and channels in social networks, creation and support of electronic resources on the Internet, covering the activities of the Association.

This direction of our mission is to cooperate in a complex way with the state authorities, regulating and controlling the activities of participants in the market of oil and fat waste processing on the territory of the Russian Federation. This implies:
-participation of the Association in the development of state authorities' decisions and adoption of regulatory and legal acts in the field of non-commodity exports;

-delivering to them a consolidated industry position on the issues of legal, economic and statistical regulation; representation and protection of economic, legal and property interests of Association members

INTERACTION WITH FOREIGN PARTNERS

The task includes the establishment of relations with international and national organizations and associations carrying out activities in the field of production and processing of oil and fat waste, promoting the development of long-term partnerships with them and further maintaining a high level of cooperation.
Also the Association is charged with protection of economic, legal and property interests of its members in foreign governmental bodies.
It is planned to attract leading foreign specialists of the branch of oil and fat waste to participate in panel discussions, negotiations and other events held by the Association.
